A movement is defined as a change in the position of a body. Many movements take place in our body and in other organisms to move from one place to another. The term locomotion is mainly used to describe the change of position of the whole organism. Moving our eyelids, rotating our neck, nodding our head, moving the jaw muscles are examples of different movements in the human body.
